The "Leather Leaf is Back" contest is organized by TAK. By participating, contestants agree to all terms and conditions described here.

Eligibility: The contest is open to participants from Europe and the United States of America, aged 18 and older. Employees of TAK, as well as their direct family members, are not eligible to participate.

Contest Duration: The contest will begin on [start date] and end on [end date]. All entries must be submitted before the specified date and time deadline.

Instagram accounts must be public for the entry to be valid. Only one entry per person is allowed. If a participant uploads multiple photos, only the first one will be considered.

Winner Selection: A panel of experts from TAK will select the winner based on creativity, aesthetics, and innovative use of leather leaf. The winner will be announced on TAK's official Instagram account (@tak.global) and they will reach out directly to the winner to redeem the prize. The jury’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Prize:

• The prize is a one-week, all-expenses-paid trip for two to Guatemala, including:

  • Round-trip airfare.

  • Accommodation for 7 days.

  • Local transportation and guided tours of multiple spots, including TAK's farms.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

• TAK will cover all mentioned expenses, but additional costs (personal expenses, etc.) will be the winner's responsibility.

Prize Conditions:

• The winner must have a valid passport and be responsible for any visas or additional documentation required to travel to Guatemala. The travel dates will be coordinated between TAK and the winner but must be completed before the trip deadline date. If the winner is unable to travel on the agreed dates, the prize will be forfeited, and TAK reserves the right to select a new winner.

Image and Content Rights:

• By participating, contestants grant TAK the right to use images of their arrangements on marketing platforms, social media, and any other promotional media without additional compensation. The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable promotional activities that TAK deems appropriate in connection with the contest.

Disqualification:

• TAK reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or is found to have acted fraudulently or inappropriately.

• Entries that contain offensive, inappropriate content or infringe on the rights of others will be removed and disqualified.

Modifications:

• TAK reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or cancel the contest at any time if deemed necessary, without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms:

• Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
